Shipping & Returns

We currently only ship to the USA
Orders must be paid for in full before they will be processed and shipped.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and US public holidays. Orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US Pacific Time, excluding US public holidays.

All orders are processed by Amazon USA and will be shipped direct to the customer from any one of Amazon USA’s warehouses. Customer name, address, email and telephone number will be entered into Amazon’s processing system. Vitaana Ltd does not store customer credit card information, nor share this information with Amazon.com or any other third party. All payments are processed via Paypal.

Customers must select their shipping method of choice during the checkout process.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping is offered on orders over $50 or with a valid promotional code, which Vitaana Health may offer from time to time.

Note, customers must select the free shipping option at checkout in order to receive free shipping. It will not be automatically applied.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days): $4.75 per order

2-Day Shipping

2-Day Shipping: $7.75 per order
2-Day Shipping Rates are only available for shipments to US street addresses. Not available for PO Box addresses.

Vitaana Ltd products can be returned at any time within 60 days of purchase, even if the supplement bottle is empty. The 60 days return period starts from the shipping date.

Only the cost of the original product is refundable. Shipping costs and taxes, if applicable, will not be refunded. All items must be returned to Vitaana Health in order to receive a refund, even if the bottles have been opened. Items must be returned at customer’s own expense. A US  return shipping address will be provided upon application.

Refunds will be credited via the customer’s original payment method.

For returns, please send an email to Vitaana Health at support@vitaanahealth.com with details of the transaction and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Alternatively contact us via our contact page. Vitaana Health will then provide a US return address and process the transaction.

Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of the returned product at our US return address, excluding weekends and US public holidays.

Customers may not request multiple or repeated returns of the same product, unless these have been purchased all together under the same transaction number.
